Had standard king room with coffee maker, an amazing view and lovely decor. Outstanding food for breakfast at the cafe.

Excellent travel connectivity, Spacious guest rooms, Availability of multiple USB charging ports
How hard can it be to provide enough towels for every guest in the room? The valet parking fees of $58 are outrageous, it's too high for those who don't typically use valet services!!!

Everything was excellent, immaculate and attractive room with a legitimately fantastic bed. The property's location was marvellous and stunning, near museums. The staff were helpful and attentive and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge...
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

Good location to downtown Chicago and Millenium Park and cultural facilities. Room was comfortable with a modern bathroom and free internet and a distinctive decore.
It would have been good to have a work table in the room for business activities.

Our room had been allocated to someone else. We booked months ago and requested a two bed room as our son was with us. As a result he had to make do with a settee bed which was extremely unsatisfactory indeed.

Great service from all the staff. We have never experienced such a stay from anywhere else before. This is by far the best Hotel ever. We were given the best directions for our Cub game and then when leaving we were given a ride to our train in a town car.,,,and treated like a million bucks. Years from now we will talk about our stay at this fabulous property. thanks for the grand memories...Clayton and Kathi St.Pierre

I stayed here with my three young kids, and the staff were cute and helpful throughout our visit. The location was fantastic, and our accommodations were spacious and comfortable for our family.
My kids wished for a playground nearby for some outdoor fun.

The fitness center was great. Shower glass could ha e been longer to avoid water getting all over the floor. Bathroom doors need to be replaced and toilet paper holder was ripped out of wall.
Shower walls need to be bigger. Doors in bad shape. Toilet paper holder not attachd to wall.

Quiet, clean, affordable, nicely decorated, beautiful large bathroom. Beds were very comfortable.
I wouldn't call it a complaint but a pool or something for the kids, in our case, 3 teens would have been good. Ice machine was broke so we had to call desk for ice, a fridge for snacks / drinks would have been good.

Perfect for families visiting museums
The room was spacious and well-decorated, which was a great comfort for us during our stay. My grandson was obsessed with the exercise room on the 6th floor, hardly anyone used it, so he had the whole place to himself to burn off energy.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still manageable.
